The Neuroinclusion Project is a programme of research and resources dedicated to creating more inclusive futures for neurodivergent people.
Our work spans three interconnected areas — education, society, and research — with the shared goal of reducing stigma, fostering belonging, and ensuring that neurodivergent voices and expertise shape meaningful change.

Our Approach
We take a collaborative and participatory approach. Many of our projects are co-produced with neurodivergent researchers, students, and community members, ensuring that lived experience is not only valued but central to the process. By bringing together academic expertise, community knowledge, and practical tools, we work to bridge the gap between research and real-world impact.
Our Values
- Inclusion: We strive to create spaces where everyone belongs.
- Collaboration: We work alongside communities, not apart from them.
- Intersectionality: We recognise that experiences of neurodivergence are shaped by gender, race, culture, and other identities.
- Impact: We aim for research to translate into practical resources and policy change.
Our Vision
The Neuroinclusion Project envisions a world where neurodivergent people are supported to thrive — in classrooms, workplaces, communities, and research. By working across multiple contexts, we hope to challenge barriers, reshape systems, and contribute to a more inclusive society for all.
